Rotates daily

Champion Spawns

Two champion altars are active each day in Britannia. Fight through escalating monster waves, advance the altar through every stage, and defeat the champion boss. Some finales can include a miniboss.

Seven encounter themes

Abyss, Arachnid, Cold Blood, Forest, Unholy Terror, Vermin Horde, and Dragon Turtle each use their own enemies, boss, and reward pool. Top contributors can earn shared, decorative, rare, and power scroll rewards configured for that champion.

Quests 1–61

Quests Beyond Tokuno

The wider quest catalog starts with early adventures and trials, then expands around Britain with mining, supplies, food, bows, fishing, road patrols, and the Eightfold Circle.

Combat contracts

Clear rats, robbers, orcs, ettins, undead, shadows, wolves, bears, harpies, and other threats. Longer chains lead through local investigations and the Champions of the Crown.

Regional Economy

Make the journey part of the profit.

Eleven town markets have their own exports and imports. Prices change by region, so merchants earn gold by learning what each city produces and where those goods are wanted.

Player Guide

Build your character through combat, crafting, trade, and exploration.

Combat, quests, crafting, gathering, regional commerce, farming, ranching, and exploration each provide their own progression.

Progress and achievements

The achievement journal records permanent character progress and awards points. It includes visible and hidden goals across nearly every supported activity.

  • Use 'achievements, 'feats, or 'ach to open the journal.
  • Filter by category, such as 'achievements Tokuno Quests or 'achievements Trade.
  • Use 'achievements completed or 'achievements incomplete.
  • Quest awards trigger when you turn in the completed quest.
  • Recipe and trade achievements record successful crafting and completed shipments.

Crafting and food

The expansion links raw resources, workstations, tools, storage, cooking, drink production, and long-term agriculture.

  • Cook, bake, roast, grind, prepare dairy, sauces, and specialized foods.
  • Brew beer and juice or mature wine and kegs over time.
  • Grow crops and flowers, use trellises, gather herbs, and harvest fruit trees.
  • Tend beehives through growth, maladies, treatments, honey, wax, and candle making.
  • Look for the workstation named in a recipe when an item cannot be prepared by hand.

Ranching

Ranch stones manage ownership, animals, capacity, transfers, release, and redeeding. Tame and brand compatible adults before breeding. Parents must belong to the same ranch, and births respect its population limit.

Useful products

Milk keeps its cow, sheep, goat, or mixed type and can sour with age. Hens fill nearby nests, dairy becomes cream and butter, wool breeds gain extra shearing yield, and ranch meat feeds expansion recipes.

Travel and survival

Keep Zento as your resupply point, read quest objectives before leaving, and carry enough supplies for distant routes. Trade cargo creates another reason to travel between towns, while Tokuno's wilderness holds land predators, hostile factions, ocean creatures, and spirits visible only in death.

Before a long journey

Check 'market before buying cargo, carry combat supplies, and attune before spirit expeditions. Cooperative banishments reward every valid nearby participant.

Built for one or two players

No phase requires two people at the same time. A cracked shrine gives each fallen participant one recovery during the encounter, and players who contribute through damage or soul-chain work share the victory rewards.

Combat Arts

Fight with Bushido and Ninjitsu.

Bushido rewards timing and commitment in melee. Ninjitsu adds stealth, mobility, animal disguises, and decoys. Both schools have achievement paths in the journal.

Seasonal Tokuno

Festivals return with their own enemies and rewards.

The events activate during their season and build Japanese folklore into the same roads and wilderness used throughout the year.

Help and reports

The in-game Help menu sends staff requests to the shard's Discord channels. Choose the appropriate help, player-report, or bug-report option; include enough detail for staff to find the issue.

Questions

Common player questions.

Is the shard limited to Tokuno?

No. Tokuno is the starting point and home of the spirit-world storyline. Felucca, Trammel, and Ilshenar also have populated towns, wilderness, dungeons, treasure regions, and combat encounters. Felucca and Trammel host the rotating champion spawns.

Do I have to stay dead to play YŪREI?

No. Ghost form adds stories, travel choices, puzzles, and combat. Resurrect when you are ready to return to the living world.

Can living players see spirit NPCs and objects?

Living characters cannot see ghost-hidden manifestations. Ghosts can see and use them when nearby.

Where should a new player begin?

Start around Zento Bank, meet the five permanent contacts, and follow Kaede's mystery storyline for a natural introduction to the spirit world. Aya's observatory chain is a later trip into the desert.

How does regional trade work?

Use 'market in a participating city, buy one of its listed exports, then carry it to a different market that imports that category. Use 'trade ledger to review completed shipments. Felucca and Trammel versions of the same city share one market identity.

Does the shard support non-combat play?

Yes. Crafting, agriculture, brewing, winemaking, apiculture, ranching, animal breeding, gathering, regional trading, exploration, and their achievement paths provide long-term alternatives to hunting.

How do I link my character to Discord?

Type 'discordlink in game, then use /link in Discord with the six-digit code. Use /character and /achievements after linking.
